GLENCOE — Laura Hochstein known as her woman's clothing shop Organic Gable after the 1908 novel, “Anne of Organic Gables,” a book she said she has always liked.
“When I began out the shop, I preferred to pleased, and when I notice those movies and research those books, I get a feeling of satisfaction and relaxation,” said Hochstein, 27, who lifestyle in Glenview, but who choose Glencoe for her shop position because she saw a need in the town.
“My mom improved up here, so I’ve always been familiar with Glencoe, and I thought like it needed a woman's clothing shop that was amazing and contemporary, something I had never seen here before.”
Green Gable provides contemporary, fashionable clothing, everything from protects, clothing, designer denims and what Hochstein contacting, “date night protects.”
“We provide a large age wide range, mothers and children. We try to outfit both. We have fun, attractive clothing for the women, from additional school homecoming clothing or a lovely several of barbados to the mom with children who wants to still look lovely in a casual top and denims to older women in their 50s and 60s who want a amazing cashmere cardigan and a headscarf.”
